Baker Mixer processes wheat based, low absorption doughs required to produce products such as pretzels, corn snacks, crackers, pizza and some sweet goods. These mixers are designed with the horsepower and high energy mixing profile to produce these types of dough.
The Mixer is often positioned under the metering platform. Bulk delivery receivers may be supported directly from the platform reducing the roof-loading concerns and increasing installation efficiency and offering safe access to the bulk receivers. Platform access also allows hoppers to be filled by hand or automatically supplied by bulk handling systems above the feeders.
